Automotive Technician

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Grants Pass Toyota. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for performing diagnoses and repairs on vehicles, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:- Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
- Diagnose and repair complex problems with vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure a positive experience.
- Stay up-to-date with manufacturer technical bulletins and participate in training programs to improve skills.
- Document all work performed on repair orders.
- Participate in quality control processes to ensure high-quality work.
- ASE certifications in one or more areas, such as automatic transmission, brakes, electrical/electronic systems, engine performance, engine repair, heating and A/C, manual drive, suspension and steering.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Available to work some weekends.
- Positive attitude.
