Role Summary:

Are you prepared to become a part of our manufacturing workforce at a Decorative Concrete Company? We are in search of dependable, driven, and high-achieving individuals who are either entering the job market for the first time or returning with limited experience.

  • Location: Wharton, NJ or Randolph, NJ
  • Reports to: Plant Manager
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm. Part-time roles and weekend shifts may also be available.
  • Hourly Compensation: $18.00
  • Benefits: Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off, 401k, Health & additional Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacturing Concrete Products such as sinks, tables, countertops, and more
  • Tasks include Casting, Processing, Polishing, & Finishing Concrete Products
  • Maintaining Cleanliness of the Facility & Equipment
  • Executing any other assigned duties
  • Experience with a forklift is a plus

Qualifications & Skills:

● Ability to adhere to verbal and written instructions

● Valid ID required

● Access to Reliable Transportation

● Capability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs

● Physically fit to manage heavy items

● Ability to stand for prolonged periods
