Land Stewards LLC is an ecologically-focused landscape design/build firm seeking a skilled and experienced Hardscape Foreman Specialist. This role will involve overseeing the installation of hardscapes, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and efficient project execution.

As a Hardscape Foreman Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring a high level of craftsmanship while achieving efficiency in project implementation
  • Maintaining safe work site conditions and field operations
  • Coordinating crew schedules, tasks, and logistics, including necessary tools, equipment, and materials
  • Contributing to diverse projects in the field alongside the crew
  • Keeping accurate daily site logs

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant field experience successfully managing diverse landscape projects and personnel
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant field experience in hardscape and carpentry
  • Proficient in operating various hand tools and heavy equipment, including skid steer, backhoe, and dump truck
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret landscape plans, structural drawings, and other project specifications
