Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Behavior Therapist to join our team at Behavioral Family Solutions, LLC. As a RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients in their homes, schools, or community settings
• Collect and analyze data to track client progress and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisors and caregivers to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
• Documented certifications in areas such as crisis management, confidentiality, and recipient's rights
• Fluency in English, with bilingualism a plus
• Reliable transportation, access to a smartphone and computer, and ability to drive to multiple locations daily
