Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Travel Nurses, Inc. for a travel job in Espanola, New Mexico.

Job Description:

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and respiratory therapy services in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat patients with respiratory disorders, including asthma, COPD, and pneumonia.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests and other diagnostic procedures to evaluate respiratory function.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Requirements:
  • Current RRT certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
  • 1-2 years of recent experience in respiratory therapy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
