Position Overview: As a Rehabilitative Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing care during critical times. At Interim HealthCare, your contributions will encompass a wide array of patient services aimed at enhancing comfort and dignity for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Rehabilitative Therapist, your duties will include:

  • Designing and implementing tailored therapy programs in a home care setting to assist patients in developing, regaining, or maintaining their daily living skills.
  • Educating patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and the use of adaptive tools for everyday tasks.
  • Monitoring, assessing, and documenting patient progress to inform future treatment recommendations.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Rehabilitative Therapist position, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy is mandatory.
  • A current, unrestricted license to practice as a Rehabilitative Therapist in the applicable state.
  • Valid CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
  • Reliable transportation for travel to care sites.
  • A minimum of one year of professional experience as a Rehabilitative Therapist in a home health or similar environment.
