About the Role

As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to seniors and individuals with illnesses, injuries, or chronic diseases. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
  • Helping with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
  • Checking vitals, measuring intake/output, and monitoring blood glucose
  • Documenting any changes or issues requiring a change in care, medication, or medical equipment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current Colorado CNA license in good standing
  • CPR Certification (demonstration course required)
  • At least six (6) months of recent health care experience
  • Ability to travel to surrounding areas
