About the Role

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of our community's facilities are running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents
  • Work closely with our maintenance team to ensure all facilities are well-maintained and up-to-date
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to identify and address any maintenance-related issues
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance or facilities management
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and related code requirements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
