Caregiver/Companion

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver/Home Health Aide to provide individualized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily activities, including meal preparation, housekeeping, companionship, personal hygiene care, and transportation assistance. Perform light duties as assigned and provide emotional support to clients and their families.

Requirements:

No prior experience necessary. We provide comprehensive training and orientation. Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license, and possess effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with good judgment and maintain confidentiality. Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is required.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this role include sitting, standing, walking, reaching, talking, and listening. Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision are required. Ability to lift and/or move heavy objects up to 50 pounds with or without assistance. Ability to type on a computer keyboard and work in moderate to loud noise environments.
