Job Overview:

Emerald Health Services is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Nurse Specialist to work in a dynamic environment. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for examining patients, assessing their conditions, and communicating with physicians to ensure optimal patient care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Examine patients and assess their conditions upon arrival
  • Perform triage tasks to identify injuries and signs of illness
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Emergency Department
  • Proficient in IV starts and telemetry monitoring
  • AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications
  • EPIC experience required; oncology experience preferred but not necessary

  • $175,000 - $225,000 per year (estimated)
