Job Summary

We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator - Developmental Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our educational staff, you will be responsible for implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, adapting your approach to meet the individual needs of Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children. Your primary focus will be on creating a stimulating, welcoming environment where children can play, learn, and grow.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as an Early Childhood Educator - Developmental Specialist will include:

  • Partnering with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans
  • Supporting teachers in adapting the L.E.A.P. Curriculum to meet the needs of each child
  • Ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for all children
  • Communicating regularly with parents through mobile apps and in-person discussions
  • Collaborating with center staff and leadership to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior experience in childcare or a passion for early childhood education
  • State-specific certifications and compliance requirements
  • Excellent caregiving skills, including judgment, patience, and professionalism
  • Physical resilience to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds
Working Conditions
