Marina Operator

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our marina team as a yard operator. This is a full-time, year-round position that requires a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills.

1. Operate marina equipment, including the Marina Wiggins Bulls, in a safe and efficient manner.
2. Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring a positive experience on the water.
3. Work well with others as part of a dynamic team.
4. Be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, during certain parts of the year.

1. A clean driving record is required, and you must be willing to provide a driving abstract.
2. A strong work ethic with the ability to take direction, learn, and deliver excellent customer service results.
3. Ability to work well with others and as part of a team.
4. Ability to work with a flexible schedule throughout the year, including weekends.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $19.97-$25/hour, DOE + tips and bonuses. Our benefits package includes:
