Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care within our Assisted Living and Home Health partnerships. This role offers a competitive employee benefits package and a results-driven compensation structure, with a base salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 and total earnings potential reaching $130,000+ with our monthly incentive plan based on performance.

Responsibilities
  • Evidence-Based Medical Care: Conduct comprehensive medical assessments, develop treatment plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
  • Medical Exams and Treatments: Provide routine check-ups, diagnose and treat illnesses, and administer medications as prescribed.
  • Laboratory and Diagnostic Testing: Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic procedures to inform treatment decisions.
Qualifications
  • Nurse Practitioner License: Active state Nurse Practitioner license required.
  • National Board Certification: Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification necessary.
  • State DEA Licensure: Active state DEA licensure required.
