As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy services to children and teenagers in a supportive and dynamic environment.

About the Role
As an RBT, you will work closely with experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote social, emotional, and behavioral growth. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing one-on-one support to clients in their homes, communities, or in our centers
  • Teaching daily living skills and social skills using evidence-based treatments
  • Collecting and summarizing data during sessions to inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborating with clinical teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Implementing training and therapy sessions designed by BCBAs

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Consistent, reliable transportation and a driver's license
  • A clean background and driving record
