About the Role

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a skilled Dining Room Care Manager to provide exceptional dining and table services to our residents in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional dining and table services to residents in accordance with Sunrise Senior Living standards
  • Assist with training team members to ensure high-quality service
  • Maintain proper dining room setup and ensure cleanliness and readiness standards are met
  • Assist in special events and monitor checklists to ensure compliance with regulatory procedures
  • Handle food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and possess excellent communication and organizational skills
