We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Therapist to join our team at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with children and their families to develop and implement personalized behavior intervention programs.
Key Responsibilities- Implement specific treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills.
- Work 1:1 with children under the supervision of a BCBA clinician.
- Perform appropriate management to ensure the child's safety.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience with children that have disabilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (for Pennsylvania applications).
- Competitive compensation based on education and experience.
