Residential Advisor

ETR/Westover Job Corps Center is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Residential Advisor to join our team. As a Residential Advisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly dormitory environment, ensuring the well-being and success of our students.

• Provide guidance and support to students in their personal and academic development.
• Monitor student behavior and maintain a safe and respectful living environment.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure effective case management and support services.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience working with youth or in a residential setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
