Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide direction and support to our nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care services, including medical records and incident reports.
  • Clinical Oversight: Provide clinical guidance and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and respect among healthcare teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
