Early Childhood Caregiver

This role will involve supporting the Curriculum Specialist in planning and implementing educational programs for children aged 0-5. You will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment that promotes social-emotional development, language skills, and cognitive growth.

• Under the supervision of the Curriculum Specialist, assist in the planning of extracurricular activities, trainings, workshops, and meetings.
• Support teaching staff with children who demonstrate challenging behaviors.
• Assist in recruiting volunteers and providing them with guidance.
• Perform other duties as may be required.

The successful candidate will have a National CDA in Infant/Toddler or Preschool, or higher, and 45 hours DCF training. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and staff members.
