American Medical Staffing (AMS) is seeking a skilled RN for a contract Hospice position in Worcester, MA.
Job Details:- Pay Rate: $2700-$2850 weekly gross
- Available Shift: 8 hour days, 5 shifts per week
Qualified applicants must have at least 1 year of experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency and be comfortable with OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set), have a valid RN license and be willing to obtain MA licensure.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including medication management, wound care, and infusion therapy
- Perform OASIS assessments and documentation accurately and timely to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and other aspects of health to promote self-care and independence
- Monitor patients' progress and response to treatment, adjusting care plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families coping with chronic illness or end-of-life care
- COMPENSATION that is competitive, negotiable, and paid weekly
