  • Troubleshoot advanced network issues and perform call backs to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize network tools such as SolarWinds, Panorama, Prime, Cisco DNA, and Cisco ISE Infoblox to monitor and optimize network performance.
  • Investigate causes, test solutions, and suggest improvements to reduce network-related ticket resolution times.
  • Make recommendations based on analytics to enhance network infrastructure performance and optimization.
  • Manage new and existing equipment, hardware, and software upgrades to ensure seamless network operations.
  • Collaborate with the team to understand network support priorities and objectives, and contribute to their accomplishment.
  • Administer Zscaler services, including ZIA and ZPA.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in network administration, with experience in managing LAN/WAN infrastructure, enterprise wireless, and Cisco/Palo Alto firewall administration. Proficiency in network tools such as SolarWinds, Panorama, Prime, Cisco DNA, and Cisco ISE Infoblox is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, are also required.
