Community Associate

Location: North Houston Area

Employment Type: Part Time

Salary Range: $13/Hour

Reporting To: Member Experience Manager

Travel: Occasional travel to other Cannon locations may be required periodically

Purpose of this Role: As a Community Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining all front desk operations, including greeting members and guests, fielding inquiries, managing conference room bookings, and providing general administrative support. This role is crucial as you will be the first point of contact for members and guests, and your positive attitude and helpful demeanor will make a significant impact on their experience.

Primary Duties: Your primary daily duty will be working at The Cannon's front desk, where you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming members and guests and providing them with a positive first impression
  • Notifying members of deliveries and assisting them with basic inquiries
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a general understanding of membership benefits, pricing, and availability

Essential Skills / Experience: We are looking for a candidate with a positive and upbeat attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
