Key Responsibilities:

  • In the role of Medicaid Regional Advisor, you will support facility business office leaders with challenging Medicaid applications.
  • You will oversee PASRR/DON within Assessment Pro.
  • Your role will ensure the prompt processing of Medicaid applications, redeterminations, admission packets, and appeals/denials.
  • You will provide training to facility business office leaders on Medicaid protocols, RFMS, Assessment Pro, MEDI, and ABE.

Qualifications for the Medicaid Regional Advisor:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-site Medicaid oversight (specifically in FL and IL)
  • Proficient in PointClickCare, MEDI, ABE, FLMMIS, RFMS, and Excel
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Adept at acquiring new skills and processes
