Pastry Artisan Job Opportunity

At Walmart, we are seeking a skilled Pastry Artisan to join our bakery team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our bakery department.

We offer competitive pay, with an estimated hourly wage of $21.75, as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.

The successful candidate will have 6 months' experience in fresh production areas and be able to demonstrate excellent baking skills. Prior experience working with hand-held technology and digital tools is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute bakery productions to ensure consistency in quality and accuracy of baked goods.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and inventory management.
