Job Summary

Adecco is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our industrial production team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and programming various tools and equipment to create, modify, or repair precision parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Setup and Programming: Ensure CNC machinery is in good working order before setup, successfully set up machinery as specified, and conduct all necessary programming.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the run throughout the cycle, ensuring specifications are met, and perform all necessary machine maintenance.
  • Adherence to Safety Standards: Adhere to safety standards at all times and report any safety or maintenance concerns to management immediately.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Maintain clean and organized work areas.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role.
  • Skills: Ability to read and follow technical drawings and diagrammed instructions.
  • Background Check and Drug Screening: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Compensation and Benefits

Pay ranges from $25 to $35 per hour, depending on experience. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
