Funeral Care Specialist

We are seeking a Funeral Assistant to join our team at Park Lawn Memorial Group, LLC. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to empathize with client families during their time of need.
About the Role:
- This position interacts directly with client families, ensuring they receive the information or assistance they require.
- The successful candidate will assist in funeral services, visitation, and other related tasks.
- A valid driver's license and good driving record are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, coordinate pallbearers, and manage parking.
- Ensure public spaces are clean and prepared prior to and after scheduled services.
- Assist client families in and out of limousines, providing special attention to the handicapped and elderly.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in client relations or a related field.
- Four-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Demonstrated willingness to participate in growing market share through community involvement.
