Erickson Senior Living is seeking a skilled Grounds Worker to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying our outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and beautify outdoor spaces by mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and planting flowers.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety by removing debris and repairing walkways.
- Operate and maintain equipment such as lawnmowers and trimmers.
- Assist with snow removal during winter months.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute landscaping projects.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' concerns and requests.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
