Job Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career in retail automotive and gain hands-on experience with various vehicles on the lot. As a Lot Attendant/Porter, you will be responsible for moving and parking client vehicles in a way that ensures smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility, enhancing client convenience and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retrieve client vehicles as notified by management
  • Inspect each vehicle to be delivered for any damage that may have occurred during or before delivery
  • Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles
  • Maintain new- and used-vehicle lots in a neat and orderly condition, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards
  • Clean driveways and sidewalks
  • Drive vehicles to and from service lanes, service stalls, and parking lots as needed
  • Make key tags for vehicles
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Maintain a valid CA driver's license/clean driving record, immediately informing management of any change in license status
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Positive attitude with a high-energy personality
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Outstanding communication skills
