We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at the Anne Carlsen Center. As a pediatric therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with developmental disabilities.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm. The successful candidate will assess, plan, organize, develop, and implement speech-language therapy services for individual clients and outside contract services. You will work under the supervision of our Therapy Operations Manager and be responsible for evaluating, planning, and organizing treatment programs for assigned caseloads.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate clients' communication skills and create personalized treatment plans
- Implement established treatment programs, including developing and adapting materials as needed
- Document clients' progress toward meeting established treatment objectives
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as occupational therapists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care
- Manage client data, including collecting and compiling information for billing and reporting purposes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's Degree from an ASHA-accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist and ASHA certification or eligibility
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities, although not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We offer a competitive salary range of $62,500 - $92,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as:
