At Korzen Health, we are seeking a skilled CRNA to join our team at Flagstaff Medical Center. As a CRNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality anesthesia care to our patients.
Job SummaryWe are a level 1 trauma center and regional referral center, and our CRNAs cover a broad mix of cases and acuities. You will have the opportunity to work with a supportive team, excellent surgeons, and a fun and professionally fulfilling workplace.
Key Responsibilities- Provide anesthesia care to patients in a variety of settings, including the main hospital and outpatient surgery center.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Participate in a medical direction model, working closely with 21 physicians in a 1:3 ratio.
- Have the opportunity to perform nerve blocks and cover a broad mix of cases and acuities.
We offer a salaried position with an average of 40 hours per week, with the opportunity to work 3-5 days per week before reaching your 40-hour target. You will also have access to PTO, which accrues based on length of service at NAH.
Work ScheduleShifts are 8, 10, or 12 hours long, and you will cover days and evenings, but never nights after 11pm. You will have the opportunity to work roughly 1 weekend every 5 weeks and 1 weekday evening stretch every 6 weeks.
Extra Work OpportunitiesExtra shifts are readily available, but not required. You will have the opportunity to pick up extra work and earn additional income.
