Night Crew Clerk Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Night Crew Clerk to join our team at Big YNon. As a Night Crew Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store during overnight hours.

• Receive, unload, verify, and store product in a timely and accurate manner.
• Price, rotate, stock, face, and level product to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
• Maintain proper department conditions and supplies, including shelves, cases, sales floors, and backrooms.
• Operate, clean, and maintain equipment, machinery, tools, and work areas to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Represent Big YNon's culture of caring and pursuit of excellence through excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.
• Be available to work a flexible overnight schedule as needed.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through in all aspects of the job.
• Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
