Position Overview: The Certified Nursing Aide at The Mansions reports to the Wellness Director and delivers personalized services and care to each Resident according to their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Residents with daily living tasks
  • Monitor and report any changes in Residents' health
  • Manage medical supplies and assist with inventory
  • Facilitate shift coverage as necessary
  • Support the orientation of new team members
  • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid
  • Help maintain the cleanliness of Resident living areas
  • Attend to Resident requests promptly
  • Assist with meal service and recreational activities
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Participate in ongoing education and training
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Compliance and Safety:
  • Adhere to emergency protocols
  • Understand and follow safety regulations
  • Maintain effective communication with the care team
  • Inform the Wellness Director of any changes in Resident health status
Qualifications:
  • Current State Nurse's Aide registration
  • Experience in senior care settings
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Foster positive relationships with Residents, families, and colleagues
  • Maintain good physical and emotional well-being
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to bend and reach
  • Capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
