We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Healthcare Planner to join our team at White Plains Hospital. As a key member of our planning team, you will play a critical role in developing functional space programs and architectural test-fits for volume studies in support of long-term space plans.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with leadership, clinicians, and staff to develop functional space programs for approved projects.
- Evaluate space requests and renovations against allocation standards and future plans.
- Review test fits and initial design to ensure they meet program priorities.
- Monitor design, construction, go-live, and punch list phases for adherence to project goals.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment.
- Strong project management skills, including ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational, negotiating, and motivational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft software and AutoCAD.
