Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed clinician to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Watertown, MA. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional mental health services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Current licensure in Massachusetts
  • Ability to work a minimum of 15 sessions per week
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
