Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard - Access Control to join our team. As a Security Guard - Access Control, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our clients' properties and personnel. This includes monitoring access control systems, responding to emergencies, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Monitor access control systems to ensure the security and safety of our clients' properties and personnel.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our security services.
- Perform other duties as required to ensure the success of our security services.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience in a related field.
- Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Working Conditions
- Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat.
- Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
- Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift.
- Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.
