About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Technician to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Behavioral Technician, you will work one-on-one with children with Autism, providing essential support and guidance to help them overcome social, communication, and behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Assist children in developing social skills, communication skills, and managing repetitive or restrictive behaviors
  • Document child progress and milestones, providing valuable insights for our Board Certified Behavior Analysts
  • Implement behavior change plans created by our team of experts, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients
Requirements
  • Passion for working with children with special needs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with children and families
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, or a related field preferred
  • At least 18 years of age and a minimum of one year experience working with children in a related capacity
