We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a range of speech, language, and communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluation and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Therapy Planning: Develop and implement personalized therapy plans based on assessment results.
  • Therapy Sessions: Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic techniques.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Education and Collaboration: Educate clients and their families on therapy practices, techniques, and strategies, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective care.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certification: ASHA certification preferred.
  • Skills: Strong clinical skills and knowledge of speech-language therapy techniques, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
