Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Echo Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in cardiac technology and ultrasound, with strong interpretation skills to facilitate comprehensive examinations and accurate preliminary interpretations.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for examinations, perform 2-dimensional echoes, M-mode, and Doppler studies.
  • Prepare preliminary interpretations of studies.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient echo studies.
  • Assist supervising physicians with training of residents, fellows, and other physicians.
  • Stay up-to-date with multiple echocardiography platforms and technology.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of an accredited training course in cardiac technology.
  • Successful completion of an accredited training course in cardiac ultrasound.
  • Strong interpretation skills to facilitate comprehensive examinations and accurate preliminary interpretations.
