Job Summary

This full-time role based in Fairfax, VA, is an excellent opportunity for a Family Medicine Care Specialist to join our dynamic team. We're seeking a qualified professional with a strong passion for human-centered primary care, effective communication skills, and the ability to navigate technology to deliver high-quality care.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting, seeing all ages, and be board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification within one year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a patient panel with diverse needs and conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
  • Treating patients in-office, testing centers, and occasional telehealth visits
  • Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning opportunities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills
  • Collaborating with in-office teammates through daily huddles and virtual clinical teams
  • Utilizing specific clinical training and performing in-office procedures
  • Supervising NP or PA colleagues
