Position Overview
As a Pediatric Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of speech, language, and feeding services. This includes evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients while mentoring fellow clinicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

  • Provide mentorship, training, and constructive feedback to staff to guarantee the accurate implementation of client programs.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure effective communication with team members.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry clients, and maintain various postures, including kneeling and standing for extended periods.

  • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.

Education and Experience

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with the relevant state department.
  • Certification in CPR & First Aid.
  • Proficient in technology and software applications, including Word and Excel.

Work Environment

  • Engage in a clinical setting with a mix of sitting, standing, and movement throughout the day.
  • Standard working hours from Monday to Friday.
