Practice Details

In this role, physicians and CRNAs operate independently while working alongside each other. The cases you will encounter include:

  • General Surgery
  • Orthopedic Procedures
  • ENT Surgeries
  • Bariatric Operations
  • Robotic Surgery
  • Plastic Surgery
  • Gastrointestinal Procedures
  • Gynecological Surgeries
  • Pediatric Dental and ENT Cases
  • Interventional Radiology
Call Schedule

Only back-up call is required, with an option to provide additional call coverage for extra compensation.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual Salary: $440K - $460K
  • Sign-On/Relocation Bonus: $40K for a 24-Month Contract
  • Sign-On/Relocation Bonus: $20K for a 12-Month Contract
  • Work Schedule: 42 weeks/year with 10 weeks off
  • Back Fee: $1,900/shift for any work beyond the 43-week obligation
  • Quarterly Bonus based on performance metrics
