We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth and Family Case Manager to join our team at Boys & Girls Aid. As a key member of our Safe Place program, you will provide critical support to homeless and runaway youth, helping them navigate crisis situations and achieve stability in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide intake, placement, and case coordination services to youth and families in need
- Assess individual needs and provide referrals for services such as education, vocational training, mental health services, and substance abuse services
- Develop and implement service plans to support youth and families in achieving their goals
- Collaborate with community partners to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- Minimum of two years of professional and/or lived experience working with youth and families
- Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish-English, preferred
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
