Maintenance Supervisor

At FGF Brands, we're seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our millwright team. This role offers a competitive salary of $ $36.50/hour, as well as benefits such as health and dental insurance and tuition reimbursement.

This position is responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring maintenance activities are accomplished in a timely manner. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for supervising skilled workers and implementing effective maintenance procedures.

• Assist hiring and training team members, including compliance with safety training and enforcing company policies
• Manage inventory and PM schedules, as well as schedule team members to fit work schedules
• Supervise multiple shift operations of maintenance technicians, parts personnel, and maintenance crew leaders

You will work closely with production plant leadership and other department heads to streamline production and improve efficiency. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
