Job Summary:

This part-time position requires coordinating Catholic youth religious programs for 6th to 12th grade, recruiting and managing volunteers, planning events with chaplaincy support, and maintaining online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute Catholic youth religious programs for middle school and high school students
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and place volunteers to support program activities
  • Assist in planning and executing events in collaboration with the chaplaincy team
  • Produce and distribute weekly bulletins and maintain an active online presence
  • Maintain accurate records and manage supply inventory
  • Attend meetings and ensure facilities are clean and well-maintained
  • Develop and lead engaging youth activities during Sunday services
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in coordinating religious education programs
  • Strong volunteer management and curriculum development skills
  • Familiarity with Catholic educational guidelines and standards
  • Proficiency in producing materials and managing supplies
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $42,000, based on industry standards and location factors.
