**Salary:** Estimated $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
**Job Description:** As a Culinary Specialist at Bell Oaks Place, you will be responsible for preparing hot and cold menu items, ensuring proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods as indicated on the menu cycle and standardized recipes. You will also taste and prepare food to determine quality and palatability.
**Responsibilities:
- Prepare hot and cold menu items using production methods and techniques;
- Ensure accurate portioning and serving of foods;
- Taste and prepare food to determine quality and palatability;
**Qualifications:** Previous experience in senior living preferred, with experience in production methods, portion control, and food handling safety required. Great organizational skills, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and presentation of food product are essential. Must be able to work weekends.
