In this role, you'll create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships. You'll provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as a subject matter expert. Your goal will be to drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
You'll maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, resolving customer issues and sending delivery reminders. You'll also maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements, and services offered by competitors. Finally, you'll leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of the position. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, prescription, and vision plans, as well as mental health and life resources. Additionally, you'll receive employee discounts on sleep products and accessories, and may be eligible for additional perks such as cell phone products and services, tickets to events and attractions, personal travel, electronics and appliance purchases, pet insurance plans, and mortgage loan rates.
