Manufacturing Specialist

As a Manufacturing Specialist at Marvin, you will be responsible for assembling products such as windows in a climate-controlled facility. The role emphasizes safety and teamwork, requiring clear communication, addressing mechanical issues, and cross-training for varied workflows.

Building windows is a physical job, so you'll be moving throughout the day in a clean, brightly lit, climate-controlled facility where your safety is the top priority.

• You will assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• You will communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and work with your team.
• You will read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• You will work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues.
• You will cross-train in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.

To succeed in this role, you should have a High School diploma or equivalent (preferred) and be able to select a schedule that works for your life. You will enjoy guaranteed pay increase at 6-months and competitive pay rates starting at $18.50 per hour for days and $21.50 per hour for evenings, with mandatory overtime required for all shifts.
