**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at The Waterford, a premier senior living community in Juno Beach, Florida. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our residents and guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our bar and lounge areas.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages to residents and guests

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is friendly, attentive, and prompt

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to high standards of sanitation and safety

• Administer accurate transactions in our point-of-sale system

• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our beverage menu, including ingredients, measurements, and preparation methods

• Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious beverage pairings

• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in mixology

**Requirements**

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred

• 2-3 years of experience as a bartender in a hotel or restaurant setting preferred

• Certification as a bartender preferred

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Experience in the food industry preferred

• Knowledge of creating mixed drinks and ingredients and measurements

• Knowledge of proper serving techniques, familiar with items offered on the menu, as well as special diet needs

• Knowledge of the community's food and beverage specifications
