About the Role

Nightwing is seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Lead to support a global data management project with regional operations. This role will play a critical part in developing and integrating timely, accurate, and responsive support to the Regional Network in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaison and coordinate system and administrative activities for area of responsibility
  • Provide advice on current operations in the AOR
  • Facilitation of and/or effective integration into functional working groups from other agencies/departments
  • Integration of operational planning requirements
  • Assist in development and maintenance of professional network that improves coordination between customers
  • Briefing stakeholders on regional operations, planned activities, and concerns
Requirements
  • Experience supporting day-to-day system and administrative operations in a dedicated AOR
  • Experience coordinating activities across myriad stakeholders and technical disciplines
  • Experience briefing stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of IT Operations in order to field issues appropriately
  • Must be able to travel OCONUS up to 25% of the time to the assigned AOR
  • Prior experience as an Officer In Charge or Country Program/Project Manager
