  • Light Housekeeping and Errands: Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation, as well as assist with errands and shopping to maintain the client's living environment.
  • Medication Reminders and Management: Assist with medication reminders, management, and administration, ensuring the client takes their medications as prescribed.
  • Assistance with Mobility and Exercise: Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises to promote the client's physical well-being and independence.
  • Meal Preparation and Nutrition: Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, considering the client's dietary needs and preferences.
  • Communication and Reporting: Maintain open communication with family members, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, reporting any changes or concerns regarding the client's condition.
Requirements
  • Experience and Qualifications: Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred. Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks, cooking skills, and ability to adhere to health and safety guidelines is essential.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals.
  • Compassion and Empathy: Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and respect for clients' autonomy, dignity, and individuality.
